This was the first time I had used 247. The response to my request from a good number (7or8) of suppliers was very rapid by phone and email (within minutes). It took me rather by surprise and in retrospect I would have been better to wait 10 minutes and compare the quotes, as I decided to select a telephone quote for what I thought was a very good price only to find it was bettered by an email quote. If I use 247 again I will be more circumspect and wait for all the quotes. Anyway the selected supplier was very helpful and knowledgeable and the item arrived on the next working day as stated. So overall a really good service.

contact from sellers very fast, but found prices quoted very expensive. i have now found the part at half the price of the dearest quote, feel if prices were more competitive traders would get more orders

It would be helpful to know that 247 Spares phone number is charged at a premium rate. I got through £5 of credit in about three and a half minutes and was cut off part way through taking down an important delivery reference number. Very irritating .

two suppliers replied same day two the next prices ranged from £35 to £70 being it was a bank holiday weekend I did not think I would get such a quick responce and as the part became urgent I had to look elsewhere. but I will use in the future
