After initial request for parts, had text and e-mail replies really quickly. A couple of calls as well and a good choice of providers. Picked one which said 2 day delivery but the parts were here the next day!! Great. Good quality, would recommend the service to anyone, even non mechanical people like myself. BUT!!!! The telephone number they give you to ring looks like a mobile phone number for the company that offered you the quote. Researched the number on the net and found out it was actually a premium rate number costing £1 a minute. Needless to say I didn't ring it as was warned most calls last about 6 mins. At least if 247 spares had indicated that it was a premium rate number, they would have some credibility. They didn't so they don't.

I received a phone call within 10 minutes of making my parts request, I accepted the part on offer and received it 2 days later, the delivering courier commented that he had never seen a package so well wrapped and presented, Upon opening the part required ( a Front Bumper, very Large and cumbersome), it was in excellent condition as indicated on the phone with all brackets etc in very good condition. Very Impressed indeed
