I got a very good prompt number of responses and I followed a few up with phone calls and declined others. My biggest problem was affordability. For old parts, the companies that responded were right at the top of pricing bands. I could have paid around £180 for the ABS Pump through 247, as it turned out I paid £30 via Ebay with a refund policy and PayPal protection.

The part (windscreen wiper motor) was in perfect condition, and was promptly despatched. It could, however, have done with a wipe over before despatch. It was nice to talk to a human being instead of just a machine.

Overall I like this site, however I would suggest that you make the telephone lines cheaper as it cost me £3 and I still did not get to speak to anyone.
