on the few occasions I have requested car parts, I consider you to appear very customer orientated, and professional. Your agents also appear very professional, in the main, their telephone and telephone messages could be improved. I sometimes find them to be very difficult to understand. This has not made me firstly to use another supplier.

I got a very good prompt number of responses and I followed a few up with phone calls and declined others. My biggest problem was affordability. For old parts, the companies that responded were right at the top of pricing bands. I could have paid around £180 for the ABS Pump through 247, as it turned out I paid £30 via Ebay with a refund policy and PayPal protection.
