As it turned out I did not make a purchase on this occasion (though I have bought from you before.) There were three different types of headlight and I did not know which one I needed so I had to leave it to my garage to sort out and they were able to repair what I already had. I was phoned by several firms which was a bit of a surprise. It has all happened by email before. They were all helpful apart from one person from Jap parts (who I have also bought from before) who not only quoted me four times the price that anyone else quoted but then proceeded to run down all the other firms who had phoned saying they do not know what they are talking about and they only want my credit card details. I was not likely to buy from him!

Excellent response to my request for Rover 75 Tourer part, with no fewer than three separate quotes. Only concern related to postage chgs, and apparently 20% VAT also added to postage! (I live in remote island location - still waiting for part to arrive, hopefully tomorrow)

I had tried everywhere to get these parts; your service located 2 sources that I could get them from within 2 hours! Both were excellent value for money, one source second hand the other new, the best of both worlds. I only decided on the new replacements because they were seals for my rear lights.
