Even though the wrong part came (no fault of yours) they rang to see if I was happy with my purchase, when informed it was the wrong part & I finely got a part number, they Immediatly checked their stock for the correct part.None in stock so kindly arranged for the part to be picked up & returned at no exspence to me. Excellent response to my request for Rover 75 Tourer part, with no fewer than three separate quotes. Only concern related to postage chgs, and apparently 20% VAT also added to postage! (I live in remote island location - still waiting for part to arrive, hopefully tomorrow)
