TRACKER, the UK’s leading stolen vehicle tracking and recovery systems specialist, has helped police catch an organised crime ring gang.

Investigating a stolen Golf GTi found with the company’s tracking device, police were led to a 19-vehicle haul of stolen cars.

Stolen vehicle recovery systems by TRACKER work like a homing device, with a covert transmitter hidden in the vehicle.

Stuart Chapman, police relationship manager for the specialist, said that police breaking up the crime ring was a testament to the effectiveness of the tracking devices.

Since its inception in 1993, in conjunction with the police TRACKER has recovered more than £4 million worth of stolen vehicles.

The company has recently launched a unique new product, TRACKER Locate, which uses GSM, GPS and VHF technologies to locate stolen vehicles.

It is billed as being the most advanced tracking technology on the market and is designed, primarily, to combat vehicle crime caused by GPS jamming.ADNFCR-2490-ID-19664851-ADNFCR
