Skoda UK has received the manufacturer’s Human Touch and Customer Care award for the second year running.
It is the fourth time in five years that the award has gone to the UK operations of the brand, illustrating its commitment to customer service.
The director of Skoda UK, Robert Hazelwood, said that Skoda was "the manufacturer of happy drivers" and it hopes to improve its customer service reputation even more in 2010.
At this year’s Fleet Awards ceremony, which was held last week, Skoda picked up two awards.
The Czech brand won the Most Improved Fleet Manufacturer award and the manufacturer’s Superb model received the Best Upper-Medium car award.
Fleet News said that the brand had gone from "strength to strength" over the last and the awards were well-deserved as they represented the carmaker’s growing success.
Skoda also won three price point trophies in the What Car? 2010 awards, which showed the economical prices of the brand’s range of models, which are the most comprehensive and competitive to date.
