Volkswagen Fleet Services has expanded its Business Centre in a bid to improve customer services.
It hopes this move will create a "one-stop-shop" for fleet managers so that corporate customers need just one number whatever they require.
The manufacturer will offer a full demonstration test-drive booking service which can be booked centrally, with vehicles being dispatched through a suitable fleet retailer.
Volkswagen fleet marketing manager Cheryle Kateley said: "This new service has come at a perfect time for our business and will ensure a seamless customer experience."
She added that Volkswagen has significantly reduced its delivery distance to a radius of 50 miles by working with its network of fleet retailers across the UK.
The company ensures that each customer has a good relationship with his/her retailer and by making this change the environmental impact of the company has also been reduced, she continued.
Volkswagen recently signed a joint agreement with Suzuki to promote the sale of environmentally-friendly vehicles.
