There are more than Porsche parts on the agenda from the car manufacturer as it has recently launched its own TV channel.

For anyone wanting to tune in they will be able to feast their eyes on Porsche motors whizzing round the brand’s Experience Centre track at Silverstone, steered by chief driving consultant Gordon Robertson.

The Driving Experience Centre has been open since November 2008, based at the Silverstone circuit.

Silverstone was born out of a redundant airfield which was being used as a farm after the Royal Automobile Club secured a lease on the site from the Air Ministry in 1948.

Alongside the new TV channel, the car manufacturer has also ventured into the world of YouTube.

Content on the site includes everything from historic cars to the 911 GT2 and Jacky Ickx’s qualifying lap at Le Mans in 1977.

Motorists can also take a look at the models such as the Cayenne Turbo in a new light, said to be featured in "stunning displays of car control".
