A new edition of a well-known sports car is set to hit the UK next year.
Porsche aims to bring out the updated Boxster Spyder in Los Angeles in December first, before its British debut.
The latest model marks the manufacturer’s third version of the vehicle but differs in the fact that this one focuses on open-air motoring.
Some of its features include a silhouette of the Carrera GT when the hood is down.
Its weighs in at 1,275 kg – making it Porsche’s least heavy Boxster Spyder to date. This is something that the brand believes will be a winner with its customers.
The new weight means that it stands at 80 kg less than the Sports edition.
Porsche claims its latest offering is the "purist form of the Porsche" due to the car’s technical specification and distinguished style.
It sold its first car in London in 1954 through Archibald Frazer Nash, which lead to the dealer becoming the sole UK retail outlet for the brand until 1965.
