Motorists who book a test drive of a Chrysler, Dodge or Jeep model, which is scheduled to take place before the end of the year, may find they end up travelling further than they were expecting.

The manufacturer has revealed anyone who tries out one of its autos by December 31st will be entered into a competition to win a trekking holiday for two in the USA.

It decided to organise the prize draw to celebrate the fact Jeep is now the official vehicle supplier for the Horse of the Year Show.

Whoever’s name is pulled out of the hat will be treated to a week-long, all-inclusive stay at the Tanque Verde resort in Arizona.

A wide range of activities are on offer to holidaymakers at the facility and the horseback riding is suitable for people of all abilities.

Over the summer, a similar prize draw was announced – which offered motorists the chance to win an astronaut-training trip to Florida.
